how easy are you willing to let things be?
I help people with a wide range of organizing needs including:
• home and office organizing
• moving and downsizing
• transitioning elders
• adults with ADD
• organizing/coaching combination
how organizing works
When doing the organizing work, I am generally onsite with people and very hands on. I work throughout Western Massachusetts, but for bigger jobs, I will work across New England and eastern New York state.
I will work with you in your home or your office. I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty and I have seen a lot so not to worry about being ashamed. And please, don’t clean up for me before I come – it’s most helpful for me to see how things really are so I can really help you.
home & office organizing
I’ll help you get rid of clutter – both external and internal and create order out of chaos. I’ll help you get grounded and clear, assess what’s most important, make decisions and let go of the rest. I find that getting clear and organized creates the space for what you really want to come into your life. Creating more physical space in your surroundings can also do amazing things to your psyche; suddenly there is more optimism, focus, energy and joy. Everyone has different organizational challenges. My work is not about making the person fit a mold, but rather creating a mold to fit the person. My desire is to figure out where you get stuck and gently guide you through it. Whether you get stuck in the overwhelm of just beginning, the decision making, or the actual letting go, I can help you. Just by my being there, my clients are able to do things that otherwise just feel too hard or overwhelming.
moving & downsizing
Many people are choosing to downsize their homes as part of simplifying their lives or because they are starting a new phase of their life. Moving is a great opportunity to take stock, reevaluate, simplify and get organized. I help people prepare for a move by sorting, deciding what to keep, figuring out how to let go of the rest. I can also help you move into the new space, decide how to use the space most effectively and figure out where everything goes. Ease the transition inside and out.

transitioning elders
When it is time for our elders to move to a smaller living space, it can be overwhelming, and emotional for the entire family. I bring an objective perspective to sorting through a lifetime of memories and a house full of things. I am a gentle yet pragmatic guide who will find just the right pace for the entire moving process — before, during and after. Transition with ease and grace.
adults with ADD
Organization is one of the greatest challenges for adults with ADD. As both an organizer and a coach, I am grounded and pragmatic as well as gentle and understanding and I can help you:
• Take back control
• Identify and work towards your goals while creatively overcoming challenges
• Create structures for getting things done and staying on track
• Reclaim and transform your space
• Have systems that actually work for you
• Breathe easier
organizing/coaching combination
Depending on the situation, sometimes coaching and organizing will go hand in hand. I believe that one of my greatest strengths — and what makes me different from other coaches and organizers — is my ability to do both.
Sometimes organizing and coaching need to go together because the external organization needs often reflect internal needs.
Together we can clear out the clutter and distractions and create space for what really matters. In your home, your office, and inside of you. By combining these two powerful processes, we will:
• clarify
• reclaim your space
• create systems that work for you
• simplify and breathe easier
