We feel bombarded by demands and it is hard to know where to put our limited time and attention. Life has gotten more complicated and things are only accelerating.

Program Structure

 
The Clean Slate Program includes three phases, as outlined below. Each phase is structured as 3 months in length, and includes:

  • 12 hours of individual coaching per phase ‐ meeting length and frequency can vary as needed.
  • A workbook with weekly assignments.
  • Support between scheduled calls.

 
The program is structured in three month blocks, but can be modified to fit your schedule and reality. It is possible to complete any phase in less time or extend it over a longer period of time. Together we’ll determine the right time frames and structures for accomplishing all that you choose to take on. 

Phase 1: Clean Your Slate

  • Let go of what no longer serves – things, obligations, beliefs, relationships.
